Out of all the bands I have seen a billion times live since I started going to concerts in December 1982, I have been to LA GUNS concerts MORE THAN EVERY big band from the Golden Age of Heavy Metal which was from August 1981 to October 30th, 1986. It is just something that resonates with me, as a fan of all things KICK*ASS in 2016 I saw the band TWICE the second time was HALLOWEEN time October 30th, 2016, I believe have to check the ticket stubs.

So considering HOW ON FIRE and how GODLY, BAD*ASS AND 110% KICK*ASS there is I shared a news story its old from FRONTIERS SRL RECORDS….so this is a album I AM PSYCHED OUT OF MY MIND FOR!!! And it is the upcoming LA GUNS ALBUM…!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone who has a album coming out in 2017 or when ever this is unleashed on PLANET METAL, listen to this carefully, this band is at a APEX of METALLIC FURY, and World-Class Musicianship. So yeah one of the greatest albums of 2017 from LA GUNS no f@cking doubt about that, my story starts with the band between 1986/1987, whoa……………!!!! What a blur, and this band has been a big center point for me of having fun on earth with one of the greatest shows on EARTH…. LA GUNS, now I will say straight away that no matter how much of a Edge of Paradise and Halestorm fan I am, I will be judging the other 3,000 artist that I will review this year and see live against, this upcoming LA GUNS ALBUMS….if your a up and coming artist GO SEE THIS BAND and see what YOU ARE UP Against, just one of the most KILLER and down to earth bands around….!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have seen this band live non-stop since I first saw them in 1986 and 1987…so this is going to be a highlight of the year…!!!!

Don’t be SHOCKED if this is NOT THE ALBUM OF THE YEAR in Hard Rock/Heavy Metal….!!!! Relax traditional metal bands there is Heavy Metal category, but LA GUNS has the best aspects of ROCK ‘N ROLL authenticity and the KILLER GUITAR TONE and positive vibes of Heavy Metal ….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frontiers Music Srl is delighted to welcome the reunion of Tracii Guns And Phil Lewis as L.A. GUNS to the label for the release of a brand new album set for release in the summer of 2017.

After a nearly 15 year break, Philip Lewis and Tracii Guns are back together for another chapter in their partnership that began in 1986, four years after Tracii formed L.A. Guns in 1982.

Their writing partnership spawned classic L.A. GUNS songs such as “Sex Action”, “Never Enough”, “Electric Gypsy”, “The Ballad Of Jayne”, and countless more in an impressive catalog of fan favorites. The last time Lewis and Guns joined forces was back in 2000 with legendary producer Andy Johns for the making of what would become “Waking The Dead” – an album that went on to receive tremendous critical acclaim and proved that their musical partnership was every bit as strong as the early days with all-killer-no-filler songs including “Don’t Look At Me That Way”, “Hellraisers Ball”, and “The Ballad”.

“I think we owe it to our fans who have stuck with us during the many ups and downs of the band’s long and checkered career,” says Lewis. “Tracii and I have written the songs to the soundtrack of many people’s lives, and I think it’s definitely worth investigating to see if the magic is still there.”

As for Guns, he’s been compiling song ideas over the last year and promises this one will be one of the band’s heaviest records, simply stating, “It’s good to be home.”

The band has already confirmed a bunch of UK shows in early 2017 and two shows at the legendary Whisky A Go-Go in Los Angeles, CA with more surprises to be announced soon!
